Join us this Saturday 19 August between 11.00am and 4.00pm at Fallows Park, Wynyard, where we will be launching the second phase of the development and explaining more about our part exchange scheme.
Fallows Park includes a range of four and five-bedroom homes set in the exclusive Wynyard Park estate. The development, which features a collection of 10 house types, launched in late 2015. We have sold nearly all of the available homes on phase one, and a number of residents have moved into the executive homes.
Construction is now in progress on phase two, which will include 40 detached homes – including some of the best-selling house types from phase one as well as two new house types, the ‘Gosforth’ and the ‘Oxford’. The first phase two completions are scheduled for winter 2017.
Our family-friendly event will take place between 11.00am and 4.00pm on Saturday 19 August at Fallows Park, Wynyard. Sales Executives as well as representatives from Mortgage Pathways and Northgate Estate Agents will be on hand, and the event will include a cocktail demonstration from The Lakes Distillery, giant garden games for children and a visit from our mascot, Builder Bear.
