We will be launching our Brookfield Woods development in Stainsby, Middlesbrough – and releasing the first homes for sale – at an invite-only event tomorrow evening for those who have pre-registered their interest.
The launch event will take place between 4pm and 7pm at the nearby Acklam Hall tomorrow (Thursday 8 February). Visitors will be able to meet the Story Homes team, pick up a Brookfield Woods brochure, find out more about these high quality homes and have the chance to reserve one of the first plots.
We have already successfully brought our range of high quality homes to the area, having launched our Kingsbrook Wood development at Stainsby Hall Farm in summer 2014. The new site connects to this existing development, where all 126 three and four-bedroom homes have now been sold.
The new development will feature a mix of house types, including three, four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached family homes. The scheme also includes delivery of a landscaped country park area for the benefit of both local people and new residents.
