We are pleased to announce that we are launching our latest phase of new homes at The Sycamores development in Blackburn, on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 March 2020. As part of the new development phase, Story Homes will be launching 12 new house type designs including a mixture of three, four and five-bedroom properties as part of ‘The Story Collection.’
The Story Collection incorporates the best features of a Story home in terms of design and elevations to retain the housebuilder’s unique street scenes, and internal layouts to offer modern, open plan living spaces. The new offering includes the five-bedroom ‘Charlton’ and the four-bedroom ‘Layton’ and ‘Wilson’ house types and three-bedroom ‘Spencer’, and all of the new homes have been named after staff who work for the regional business based in Chorley.

The Layton, 
one of the first homes to be released in the new collection boasts 1902sq ft of living space across three floors.
