Local Carlisle couple are having a double celebration after moving into their dream Story Home at The Ridings after discovering that they have a baby on the way too.
Sarah and Andy Lee have recently moved into their four bedroom ‘Taunton’ house and along with unpacking boxes and finding a new home for everything, they’ve got the added excitement of setting up one of the bedrooms as a nursery for their new baby.

Sarah, a teacher at Petteril Bank Primary School said: “I didn’t ever expect to be living in a brand new house but after seeing the show house here at The Ridings, I put down a deposit on the same house type straight away! I was so impressed with the size of the rooms and quality of the house that I knew it would be perfect for our (now growing) family. Buying a new home also means that we don’t have to fit in doing DIY and decorating and weekends which is always a chore!
“The area is handy for me and Andy to both get to work and it’s just a short drive or ride on the bus to town so it’s ideal. The development has already got a really lovely community feel about it and we’re looking forward to getting to know our new neighbours. Our son Matthew absolutely loves it here too – there’s so much space for him to run around and play. We really couldn’t be happier.”
