On Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June we are delighted to be opening the doors to three brand new Story Collection show homes at Brookfield Woods, Acklam.
Over the course of the weekend, 1-2-1 appointments will be available between 10.00am and 5.00pm for visitors to explore the brand new five-bedroom ‘Charlton’, the four-bedroom ‘Harrison’ and the three-bedroom ‘Butler’. These are the first Story Collection show homes in the North East and the beautiful properties have been professionally styled by our talented interior designers, Abode.
Our experienced Sales Executives will also be on hand to share more information about our Story Collection house types at Brookfield Woods – which include a range of three, four and five-bedroom properties. Here’s a little more information about the three new homes:
The Charlton
The five-bedroom Charlton offers 1905 sq ft of living space across two floors, as well as a large integral garage which can be accessed from a utility room. Downstairs there is a spacious hallway and cloakroom toilet, as well as a study room and a large lounge. The kitchen/dining/family room features bi-fold doors to the garden and is connected to the utility room.
Upstairs there are five bedrooms and a main bathroom which includes a walk-in shower and separate bath. The generously sized master bedroom and second bedroom both include an en-suite with a walk-in shower.
The Harrison
The four-bedroom Harrison offers 1355 sq ft of living space across two floors, plus an integral garage. Downstairs the generously sized lounge is to the front of the property, along with a cloakroom toilet. At the back of the home the kitchen/dining/family area spans the width of the property, featuring bi-fold doors leading to the rear garden.
Upstairs the spacious master bedroom has an en-suite with a walk-in shower. There are three more double bedrooms and a main bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bath.
The Butler
The three-bedroom Butler offers 1052 sq ft of living space across two floors, as well as an integral single garage. The generously sized lounge is to the front of the property, and to the rear there is an open plan kitchen/dining area, utility room and cloakroom toilet – all of which jointly span the width of the property. The kitchen area also features French doors which lead to the garden.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, including a master with a separate dressing area and en-suite with walk-in shower. The main bathroom has a separate bath and walk-in shower.
