We are proud to announce our sponsorship of Culcheth Eagles U14s rugby team, providing brand-new kits for the players as they continue their season.
Located close to our newly launched Holcroft Gardens development, the partnership reflects our focus on building strong local relationships as we deliver our first development in Warrington.
The Culcheth Eagles U14s squad will benefit from high-quality kits, helping to boost team spirit and confidence both on and off the pitch. Grassroots rugby plays a vital role in encouraging teamwork, discipline and physical wellbeing, and we are proud to support opportunities for young people to get involved in sport.

Richard Kitson, Sales and Customer Director for Story Homes North West, said:
“We’re delighted to support Culcheth Eagles U14s and play a part in helping these young players develop. Investing in the local community is important to us, and sponsorship like this helps create real opportunities for young people while bringing communities together.”
Culcheth Eagles is a well-established local rugby club, dedicated to providing a positive and inclusive environment for young players to learn and grow.
Amy Blinkhorn, team coach for Culcheth Eagles U14s, added:
“We’re incredibly grateful to Story Homes for their generous support. The new kits look fantastic and have given the whole team a real sense of pride. Sponsorship like this makes a huge difference at grassroots level, helping us to provide the best possible experience for our players.
“It’s great to have the backing of a company that is investing in the local area, and we’re excited to continue building a positive relationship as both the team and the wider community grow.”
Holcroft Gardens is a newly launched development of 194 high-quality homes in Culcheth, marking our first scheme in the Warrington area. Offering a mix of one to six-bedroom properties, the development has been thoughtfully designed to suit buyers at all stages of life, with modern open plan layouts, attractive street scenes and generous green space.
As part of the development, we will make significant community contributions through a Section 106 Agreement*, totalling over £1.5 million, supporting local services including education, healthcare and sports provision. Alongside this, plans include new public open space and improved local infrastructure, helping to create a well-connected and sustainable new community for both new and existing residents.
