We have released the first homes for sale at our new Wetheral development – Priory Grange – with two sales secured at our successful launch event last Friday.
We welcomed potential buyers to The Crown Hotel, where more than 70 attendees had the opportunity to meet our team, learn more about the exclusive 41-home development and reserve one of the first plots.
Two homes were reserved, while a further five customers opted to place Early Bird reservations on plots that will be released later in the build programme.
One of the homes reserved was the four-bedroom detached ‘Boston’ house type, chosen by a retired couple who had been looking for a new home for some time. Having lived in Wetheral around 30 years ago, they cited the local amenities and the fact that Story Homes is behind the new development as their reasons for choosing Priory Grange.
The development will feature a mix of house types, including three, four and five-bedroom properties. As well as a high specification throughout, the homes will complement the local area with exteriors incorporating brick, render and stone.

Following on from the launch, the Marketing Suite at Priory Grange will open on Saturday 14 July.
