Ahead of opening the doors to our luxurious new view home at Brookfield Woods this weekend, we have released a few images as a sneak preview of what to expect.
From 11am this Saturday (14 September), Brookfield Woods in Acklam, Middlesbrough will feature a ‘Cambridge’ view home, which has been designed and fitted by renowned interior designers Abode.
This was our first development in the North East to include the Cambridge house type, so this will be the first time that potential buyers will have chance to explore the interiors of the property.
The Cambridge comprises spacious living areas, four double bedrooms, two en-suites, integrated appliances and wine cooler, a high gloss kitchen, bi-fold doors and a private, fully turfed south-facing garden.
The view home – plot 18 – is ready to move in to, and will be sold with all furniture included.

The new view home will be open between 11am and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, and the two show homes at Brookfield Woods will also be available to view.
