We lived nearby and had driven past Robinson Fields numerous times. We loved the look of the development, the house types, and the spacing between the homes. It’s ideally located for Karlton’s school, our families, and easy access to Tynemouth and local beaches. Plus, there are fields surrounding the estate where we can walk our Labradors all the way to Backworth – it’s perfect for us.
We weren’t actively looking to move, but when we visited the show homes we instantly fell in love with The Butler. The floor plan and layout were perfect, all the rooms upstairs are a great size, and the exterior has real kerb appeal.

The living room. It’s where we chill with the dogs and the only room with a TV, so it naturally became the family hub.
We previously owned and renovated a house, but we loved the idea of being the first occupants of a brand-new home. The house came ready to move in with features like solar panels and an electric car charging point, which were big pluses.
Everything is done for us! The house was already painted in Jasmine White, so we haven’t needed to do any decorating. Minor tweaks aside, it’s move-in ready and stress-free.
