To celebrate the ongoing successful partnership between two local businesses, our CEO, Colin Wood and Home Group CEO, Mark Henderson recently met at Sadler Woods in Eaglescliffe; a development which will see the two organisations working together to deliver 253 new homes.
As part of our focus on securing new sites to grow the business, we continue to explore opportunities with landowners, agents and joint venture partners to bring forward developments across the North East.
Last year we entered into a joint venture with landowner Home Group for a new scheme in Eaglescliffe, Stockton. The partnership brings together the brand and expertise of Story Homes with the drive and commitment of Home Group to supply new private sale and affordable homes. Works on site commenced last summer, and the two CEOs met to take a tour of the new show homes, which opened last month.

This successful partnerships is a significant achievement for Story Homes, further establishing our presence in the North East and building on our proven track record of acquiring land for housing, unlocking its potential, and delivering high quality new homes in the region.
Looking forward, an aspirational growth plan will see our business secure at least 17 new sites for residential development over the next 6-9 months across its three operating regions, delivering a further 2,715 new homes into its development pipeline.
