Bricklaying

Our Bricklayers play a hands-on role in the construction of our new homes. They are fundamental to the build process, responsible for laying the foundations and building the structures that our customers will call home.

Working alongside experienced site operatives and subcontractors, apprentices develop the practical skills and technical knowledge needed to work safely and to a high standard. The role covers everything from reading drawings and setting out courses to working with a range of materials and techniques.

It’s a skilled, physical and rewarding trade, and for those who enjoy working with their hands and taking real pride in the finished result, it offers an excellent long-term career in housebuilding.
