The programme offers aspiring construction and business professionals the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification (either Level 2, 3 or 4) while earning a salary and developing practical skills alongside experienced colleagues.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to take part in an assessment day, following which final candidates will be selected.
Each role is offered as a two-year fixed-term contract (apprenticeship).
