Once you have reserved your Story Home, you will have access to the NHBC Home User Guide (HUG), which is an online portal containing information about the NHBC Buildmark warranty cover as well as useful guidance about moving into a new home.
We do not provide specific plot information to NHBC and therefore the HUG will not be personalised, but you may still find it a helpful resource. You can access warranty documents upon legal completion and the HUG will be able to verify information that you have received in other documents or communications to give you peace of mind.
You may have been emailed by NHBC regarding the HUG. Please be assured that this is a genuine email from NHBC and it is safe to open.
