Story Homes requires a decision to be made in the form of written confirmation.  If a decision has not been made either way within the 24-hour period, thereafter, the Plot will go on the open market for sale and £50 of the reservation fee will be retained by Story Homes for administration purposes.  The Reservation Fee is deducted from any additional fee payable if the Purchaser accepts the price given and proceeds to a full reservation to purchase the Plot.
