New aerial photography shows how two of Carlisle’s newest developments are progressing.
These new aerial images of Crindledyke Farm and Alders Edge show the growth made on Story Homes’ beautiful developments of homes near the city.
The shots from the sky, taken at the end of August, also demonstrate the difference in size between these two developments. Alders Edge has only 45 properties compared to Crindledyke Farm which will eventually have up to 850 homes.
The first phase of Crindledyke Farm is now nearly completed, and the pictures highlight the high specification each property has been finished to. They also show the idyllic surroundings where the next phases of the project are due to start.
With several homes already occupied at Crindledyke Farm, there is a real community starting to develop and families living in the homes couldn’t be happier. Some of the first residents to move in were Mr and Mrs Smith who said: “We are delighted with our new home, a fantastic plot, some great design and layout features utilising all of the available space. The estate as a whole is beginning to look fantastic and overall looks like a fabulous development which we expect to live in for a very long time.”
Alders Edge in Scotby may be a smaller development, but the images highlight the breathtaking countryside where the properties are situated. With work only starting on site at the end of last year, the progress has been fantastic and several residents have now moved into the site.
There are only four homes remaining at this extremely popular development including the deceptively spacious ‘Hereford’ townhouse. With 1,291 square footage spread over three floors this is a fantastic family home. The ground floor has a huge living room which is filled with natural light shining through the French patio doors as well as a practical kitchen dining area. To the first floor are three generously sized bedrooms plus family bathroom and the property is finished with a master bedroom and en-suite on the second floor. It is available from only £215,950 (or £172,760 and a 5% deposit using Help to Buy).
