The launch of our latest development, Fairways in Penrith was a resounding success, with around 200 attendees and two sales already secured.
We were pleased to welcome so many prospective buyers to the invite-only launch event at the North Lakes Hotel, with two families reserving homes and seven early bird reservations of plots on the night.
One family reserved a four- bedroom detached Harrow house type, while another decided on the four-bedroom detached Warwick with integral garage. These are two of the 18 house types featured on this highly anticipated development – the collection includes three, four and five-bedroom homes that provide up to 2,138 sq ft of living space.
Located just off Salkeld Road, the development has a range of amenities on its doorstep in Penrith, is minutes away from the M6 and a short drive into the Lake District National Park. Within the town of Penrith there is a range of independent shops and restaurants and facilities.
