Due to overwhelming interest, Story Homes is releasing a selected number of four and five-bedroom homes at its latest development at Brougham Fields in Carleton, in advance of the official on-site launch.

We are delighted to be able to release the first homes for sale, with the new show home and marketing suite anticipated to open in January 2021.
The beautiful new development includes a mixture of high quality, two, three, four and five-bedroom properties; including the five-bedroom detached Milford and Cranford house types as well as the four-bedroom Hewson.
In total there will be nine new designs available to customers at the Penrith-based development, all of which have been named after staff who work for Story Homes.
