July saw the opening of a record four show homes in Cumbria.
The show homes are example properties on the new-build developments, designed to showcase the high quality homes that we build and also double up as a marketing suite, from which other homes on the development will be sold.
Each show home was launched with an exclusive invite only event to those who have registered their interest in the developments.
The new show homes are on developments in Thursby, Carlisle and Clifton.
The Ridings in Carlisle, located on the outskirts of the town with Hammonds Pond park on its doorstep, features the four-bedroom detached Warwick show home and the four-bedroom semi-detached Hereford show home.
The Oaks in Clifton, based near to The Lake District world heritage site and to Penrith, now has its executive five-bedroom Mayfair show home open to visitors. This is one of Story Homes’ Premier Plus developments, which includes bi-fold doors and Porcelanosa tiled luxury bathrooms as standard.
St Andrew’s View is situated in the quiet village of Thursby, a few miles outside of Carlisle with excellent transport links. The show home on this site is the four-bedroom Warwick house type, with integral single garage.

All Show Homes are open Thursday to Monday from 10.30 am until 4.30pm.
