Our eagerly awaited Willows Edge development of exclusive new homes launched on Thursday 16 February at Ribby Hall Village.
Home buyers queued at Ribby Hall Village before the launch opened to get the first pick of the homes on offer. Buyers secured their dream homes and house hunters, who travelled from across the North West, came along to view our range of properties and find out more about our prestige specification.
More than 100 people attended the launch and Anthony Driver was the first person to reserve a home off-plan celebrating with champagne and flowers at the launch event with his daughter Samantha.
Anthony has family connections in Wrea Green and used to live locally before relocating to Kent 20 years ago with his family. Anthony travelled up to Lancashire on the morning of the launch event to secure his dream 4-bedroom detached dormer bungalow after having had his eye on the development for some time.

“I‘m relocating back to the North West with my job and I am looking forward to coming back home to live in Lancashire. It’s always been our plan to move back to the area as we have family and friends still living in Wrea Green and it’s a great village to eventually retire in.
“I have been looking at Story Homes for a while originally looking at their development in Clitheroe. I saw on their website Willows Edge was coming soon and this is a better location for me.
