Story Homes first ever development in South Lakeland will open this weekend.
The Beeches development in the South Lakeland town of Kendal opens on Saturday, with a number of homes already sold.
Demand at our exclusive launch events for ‘The Beeches’ has meant that ten of the first properties have already been sold to eager customers.
The launch events, held in September 2014, were an opportunity for the 600 people who pre-registered to speak with one of our sales executives in the Castle Green Hotel.
Sales Manager Hayley Blair said: “Since we secured planning permission for this site, interest from customers has been extremely high, so much so, that we held two exclusive launch events to accommodate everybody. One customer queued for 21 hours to buy her dream Story Home and due to demand from local people, we are confident that this success will continue once we open our marketing suite.”
The Beeches is a development of 76 new homes, ranging from 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties, finished to a high specification. Work started on site in Summer 2014 and sales enquiries to date have been exceptional.
The Beeches marketing suite will officially open on Saturday 11 October 2014, with Sales Executive Linda McNally working on site between 10.30am and 4.30pm.
