Join us for the introduction of Summerpark’s new development phase

On Friday 17 January we are delighted to be introducing a new phase at our award-winning Summerpark development in Dumfries.

From 1.00pm– 7.00pm, our knowledgeable Sales Executives will be on hand at the Summerpark show home to provide information about these new, high-specification homes and the fantastic purchasing schemes available to customers.

The new development phase will include a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with well-proportioned interiors and more space inside and out. The kitchens will be fitted with fully integrated appliances, along with many other features included as standard, such as French doors and paved patio areas.

Hayley Blair, Head of Sales at Story Homes, said: “Due to the success of the development, we are thrilled to be introducing a new phase at Summerpark in Dumfries. Our launch event will provide a fantastic opportunity for potential customers to come along and speak to our Sales Executives, who can share information out about the wide range of purchasing schemes available on selected homes across the new phase. This event is not to be missed!”

Summerpark is Story Homes’ first ever development in Scotland and is still the biggest in Dumfries and Galloway to date. This charming development is surrounded by beautiful countryside – perfect for walking and cycling – and was recently named ‘Low Rise Residential Development of the Year’ at the 2019 Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards.

To celebrate the new development phase, please join us at Summerpark from 1.00pm – 7.00pm on 17 January. Come along and take a look around the show home, meet our Sales team and enjoy a complimentary glass of fizz.

If you wish to find out more about Summerpark, please call our Sales Executives Fiona and Amanda  on 01387 262655 or email Summer.Park@storyhomes.co.uk. The show home and marketing suite is open seven days a week, 10.30am – 4.30pm.
