We have released the first homes for sale at our third development in Lancaster – Halton Grange – with one sale secured at our successful launch event last Saturday.
We welcomed potential buyers to the marketing suite launch on site, where more than 30 families attended, who had the opportunity to meet our team and independent mortgage advisor, learning more about the exclusive 76-home development and reserving one of the first plots.
One home was reserved, while a further six customers opted to place Early Bird reservations on plots that will be released later in the build programme.
One of the homes reserved was the four-bedroom detached ‘Chartwell” house type, chosen by the McMurray family, who are moving from Barrow-in-Furness to be nearer to Lancaster hospital and the city centre. The family have been looking for a new home for some time and have been waiting for this development to be released in the beautiful village location of Halton.
The development will feature a mix of house types, including three, four and five-bedroom properties. As well as a high specification throughout, the homes will complement the local area with exteriors incorporating brick, render and stone.
