As part of the new development phase at The Sycamores, we are launching 12 new house type designs including a mixture of three, four and five-bedroom homes as part of our newly designed homes ‘The Story Collection.’
The Story Collection incorporates the best features of a Story home in terms of design and elevations to retain the housebuilder’s unique street scenes, and internal layouts to offer modern, open plan living spaces. The new offering includes the five-bedroom ‘Charlton’ and ‘Layton’ the four-bedroom ‘Wilson’ and three-bedroom ‘Spencer’ house types, and all of the new homes have been named after staff who work for the regional business based in Chorley.
