Customers in Middlesbrough have been delighted with the brand new Story Homes being built in their area.
Over 100 people attended an exclusive launch event for the Kingsbrook Wood development, and feedback proved that Story Homes’ high specification and beautifully designed and finished properties are just what buyers are looking for.
Customers highlighted the ‘extras’ included as standard as one of the key reasons why they would buy a Story Home above competitor homes. Moving into a new home knowing aspects such as a turfed garden, AEG/ Electrolux appliances and security features like a burglar alarm were already installed at the house was very appealing. They were also impressed by the competitive pricing of the properties.
The launch event, held on Sunday 20 July, was an opportunity for potential customers who signed up to the mailing list to find out more. Held at the stunning Crathorne Hall Hotel just minutes from the development, customers turned up early to make sure they would be first to find out about specific plots and offers.
Louise McGuckin, Head of Sales at Story Homes had this to say: “We were delighted with the turnout of guests for the launch event and the feedback about our homes shows that high quality design and specification is exactly what the market here in Middlesbrough needs. This is our first development in the area and we received a fantastic reaction from customers who realise that we stand out from other developers. Excitement is building for the opening of our sales centre on Thursday 31 July and we are sure to be inundated with customers who want more information about our homes.”
“There were a lot of locals who came and were hoping to find out a bit more about the development as well as Story Homes too. One of the aspects which really got people excited were the ‘extras’ we include as standard in comparison to other property developers. This ranges from everything to turfed gardens, integrated kitchen appliances, American white oak doors plus many more.”
The event marked another step for Story Homes as they continue to plan and deliver high quality housing developments in the North East. Story Homes first development in the region, ‘The Woodlands’ in Shotley Bridge, has proved extremely popular with buyers since it opened in 2012. Story Homes also has planning applications in for land in Lanchester and Sedgefield.
Kingsbrook Wood is a beautiful community of high quality and high specification homes at Stainsby Hall Farm. The development will include 126 three and four bedroom, detached and semi detached homes. The development is set to bring around £10 million worth of investment into the area over the life of the build.
The sales centre on site at Kingsbrook Wood will officially open on Thursday 21 July 2014.
