New phase launching with new properties for sale at The Woodlands in Shotley Bridge
The next phase of the award winning ‘The Woodlands’ development in Shotley Bridge, County Durham is set to launch this week.
A variety of different house types are available, as well as some of the best selling house types from previous phases. The first of the new properties for sale in Shotley Bridge, which includes 71 new build homes, will be completed for customers to move into from September onwards. The new house types include:
- The Hedlam, a 3 bedroom semi detached or terraced house with courtyard parking, offering 1006 square feet of living space
- The Linden, a 3 bedroom semi detached or detached house with driveway parking, offering 1016 square feet of living space
The popular house types which is has already been built at The Woodlands, will also feature on the next phase, including the Seaham, Wynyard, Otterburn, Matfen, Belsay, Doxford, Wallington, Beamish, Rockliffe, Lumley and Gibside.
The Gibside is a spacious and stylish two bedroom terraced home with an additional study, offering flexible living space and ample storage for a growing family. The stunning open plan kitchen dining room has French doors to the rear patio and garden. As with every Story Home, the Gibside is finished to a higher than average specification and has the quality trademarks associated with Story Homes.
