The next phase of the award winning ‘The Woodlands’ development in Shotley Bridge, County Durham is set to launch this week.

The popular house types which is has already been built at The Woodlands, will also feature on the next phase, including the Seaham, Wynyard, Otterburn, Matfen, Belsay, Doxford, Wallington, Beamish, Rockliffe, Lumley and Gibside.

The Gibside is a spacious and stylish two bedroom terraced home with an additional study, offering flexible living space and ample storage for a growing family. The stunning open plan kitchen dining room has French doors to the rear patio and garden. As with every Story Home, the Gibside is finished to a higher than average specification and has the quality trademarks associated with Story Homes.

The development started in 2011 and was Story Homes first development in the North East of England.
