Join us on Friday 14 February to celebrate the opening of our two brand new show homes at The Ridings, Carlisle. Between 4pm and 7pm, we are inviting visitors to come along and look around the four-bedroom detached ‘Hewson’ and ‘Emmerson’ properties which are the first ‘Story Collection’ homes to open in Cumbria.
Our experienced Sales team will be on hand to share more information about the new Story Collection house types – which include a range of three, four and five-bedroom properties. Here’s a little more information about the two new show homes which have been beautifully styled by our talented interior designers, Show Business Interiors:
The Hewson
This beautiful four-bedroom property offers 1560 sq ft of living across two floors, as well as an integral single garage which can be accessed from the spacious hall. Downstairs there is a cloakroom toilet and the lounge is to the front of the property. The kitchen/dining/family area spans the width of the back of the property featuring French doors to the garden, and there is a utility room next to the kitchen with an external door.
Upstairs there are four double bedrooms and a main bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath. The master bedroom features a dressing area as well as an en-suite, and the second bedroom also benefits from an en-suite.
The Emmerson
This spacious four-bedroom property has 1293 sq ft of living space split across three floors. Downstairs the kitchen/dining area has a feature bay window, and there is also a cloakroom toilet. The spacious lounge spans the width of the back of the property, featuring bi-fold doors to the garden and two skylight windows.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a main bathroom complete with a bath/shower area. The master bedroom spans the length of the second floor and features a dormer window to the front and a skylight window above the dressing area at the back. The en-suite includes a walk-in shower and a skylight window.
