All but one of the homes on the first release of our Fairways development have been sold within four weeks of its launch.
We released the first homes for sale in June and since then we have received an exceptionally high level of interest in the development, with sales exceeding expectations.
The next phase of homes will be released for sale when we open the marketing suite at Penrith Golf Club on Salkeld Road in early August.
