We have partnered with Alnwick Castle Golf Club to provide buyers of our homes in Longhoughton with an exclusive membership offer.
Buyers who reserve a Story Home at Chancel Place will be offered 50% off a game of golf as a welcome gift, as well as up to 50% off their first year of membership at the club.
Story Homes and the golf club identified an opportunity to work together to ensure new residents of the area could benefit from the local activities and clubs on their doorstep, with special offers to encourage participation.
Chancel Place, a development of 66 high specification homes located to the north of Station Road in the village of Longhoughton, launched in summer 2017 and a number of three, four and five-bedroom homes are now occupied.
