Our annual STAR Awards did just the job on Saturday 16 April, with teams, individuals, suppliers and subcontractors from across all of our regions, recognised and rewarded. Taking place for the fourth year at Carlisle Racecourse, more than 350 colleagues, partners and subcontractors attended the awards presentation.

Overall, we had almost 100 nominations from staff across the various categories, highlighting others in the business, and externally, who they felt had gone above and beyond. The winners on the night were:

Customer Service Award – Summerpark, Dumfries

External Partner – office – Audacia Consulting

STAR Award – Matthew Swallow, Commercial Manager, Carlisle

Steve Errington, Chief Executive said of the awards: “This was a great chance for our teams to get together and celebrate all of their hard work and efforts from the previous year. We had so many nominations, and so many excellent colleagues to recognise, it was really very difficult this year to single out winners. Everybody who was nominated, and those who won, were all very deserving.

“I am happy to be working with such as fantastic team here at Story Homes. Each and every team member takes quality, customer excellence and teamwork very seriously and I am excited about what we can achieve in the coming years thanks to these values we all hold.”
