We will be opening the doors to the sales and marketing suite at Paddocks View in Middleton St George for the first time this Saturday 3 December.
Visitors will be able to view the full range of house types and speak to the sales executive on site to find out more information about the development.
Four plots have already been reserved by buyers following the preview event held in October.
Paddocks View sales executive, Sue Walton, said: “Four of the nine properties released were reserved within the first fortnight. Since then we have been taking enquiries by appointment only so it will be fantastic to have a presence on site and have the opportunity to show visitors the development and bring the vision to life.”
The collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes offer up to 1,905 sq ft of living space and will be finished to Story Homes’ Prestige specification as standard.
In most of the houses this includes bi-fold doors, a double oven, five-burner gas hob, integrated microwave and dishwasher in the kitchen, as well as double ended baths, overhead showers and extensive tiling in the bathrooms and en-suites.
Each home also comes with a fully turfed front and rear garden and block paved driveway as standard.
The first families will be moving into the development in spring 2017.
