We’re opening the doors to our new sales and marketing suite at Willows Edge in Wrea Green, Lancashire, on Saturday 11 March.
Visitors will be able to view the full range of house types and speak to our experienced sales executive on site to find out more information about the development.
The collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes offer up to 2,138 sq ft of living space and will be finished to our Prestige specification as standard.
Ten homes have been released for sale with two homes already reserved following a preview event held in February.
Sales manager Richard Kitson, said: “I am delighted that the sales and marketing suite will open on Saturday 11 March. It’s another step forward in bringing this development to life for our customers. We have a wonderful collection of homes in a very popular location of Wrea Green. Willows Edge offers a good mix and range of homes from two, three, four and five-bedroom houses.
“We are excited to be bringing our Prestige specification to Lancashire and launching it at our Willows Edge development which includes a lot of extra touches to most homes including bi-folding doors, extenstive Porcelanosa tiling and integrated ‘A’ rated appliances in the kitchen – all as standard.

Finished to our Prestige specification, most properties will include bi-fold doors, a double oven, five-burner gas hob, dishwasher, double-ended baths and extensive Porcelanosa tiling in bathrooms and en-suites. Each home also comes with a fully turfed front and rear garden, and block paved driveway.
The first families will be moving in to the development in Winter 2017.
