BTS of our #MovingOnUpwithStory campaign shoot

August 2020

We recently organised a photoshoot for our Moving On Up campaign in our new show homes at Brookfield Woods in Middlesbrough – here’s an exclusive BTS look at the shoot in these beautiful homes.

The Brief

We wanted to showcase that our homes are perfect for family living – Neil, Julie and Darcy – and not forgetting Poppy the Cockerpoo – were on hand to show us how they saw themselves living in two of our show homes, the Harrison and the Charlton.

The Harrison:

Kitchen/dining/family area

Here’s Neil, Julie and Darcy in one of our favourite rooms. They loved the bi-folding doors that extended the living space, and the versatility of the room; there’s a living area with a stylish sofa, a dining area and a breakfast bar, perfect for everyone to enjoy in their own way.

Children’s bedroom

Darcy loved the styling of the girl’s bedroom and settled right in! The hanging rails were one of her favourite features.

Master and guest bedroom

Neil and Julie loved the built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms, and the dressing areas – here they are in the master and guest bedrooms.

The Charlton:

The Study

With many people working from home, a home office space is really important. Neil and Julie liked that there was enough room for them both to comfortably work in the study.

Kitchen/dining/family area

A favourite feature of Julie’s was the kitchen island in the Charlton, which doubles up as the perfect breakfast bar, ideal for a quick meal without the need for setting the table.
