What made you choose the Tithe Gardens development and your house type?

I’ve always wanted to live on a new build development, and as soon as I saw Tithe Gardens, I knew it was the one. The design of the homes and the overall feel of the development really stood out – it’s spacious, peaceful and just a short walk from shops and restaurants.

I chose the Spencer as it’s the perfect size for my first home. It’s incredibly spacious for a three-bedroom, with really generous room sizes. My home is also rendered and south-facing, which were must-haves for me, so it ticks all the boxes.

What do you like most about the location?

The location is ideal. I can walk to multiple restaurants and shops, and the development itself feels really safe and private. There’s also plenty of greenery, with ponds, open spaces and a park, so it’s great for families too.

Which room or space do you spend the most time in?

Definitely the kitchen/dining area. It’s open plan and perfect for hosting friends and family. Because my garden is south-facing, the room gets lots of natural light, which makes it an even nicer space to spend time in.

Did you consider a second-hand property, and why did you choose a new build?

I’ve always preferred new builds and never really considered a second-hand property. I love knowing I’m the first person to live in the home and that everything is brand new. It also gives me a blank canvas to make it my own. The quality of Story Homes really stands out, and I’d always choose them again in the future.

What do you like most about living in a new build?

It just feels special. Everything is fresh, clean and unused, and there’s something really nice about being the first person to enjoy the space and all the appliances.

How was your experience with the Story Homes team throughout the buying process?

From reserving my home to collecting the keys, it was such an enjoyable and stress-free journey. I genuinely don’t have a single complaint.
