What do you like most about the location of Heritage Fields?

We love the semi-rural location – we have horses, sheep, and even deer on our doorstep! At the same time, it’s centrally located, close to the MetroCentre, the A1, and there are lots of beautiful countryside walks nearby.

Which house type did you choose and why?

We chose the Dawson as we’ve always wanted to live in a townhouse. It’s perfect for our lifestyle and feels just right for us.

What do you love most about the Dawson?

The kitchen with the skylights and family area was a huge selling point, as was the main bedroom that spans the entire top floor. It’s bright, spacious, and really suits the way we live.

Which room do you find yourselves spending the most time in?

We spend most of our time in the kitchen/family area and the living room – they’re the heart of the home.

Did you consider a second-hand property? If yes, why did you choose new?

No, we were only ever interested in a new build. We wanted a blank canvas so we could make it our own from day one.

What do you like most about living in a new build?

It’s energy-efficient, modern, and everything is brand new. Knowing that only we have ever lived here gives it a really special feeling.

How was your experience with the Story Homes team throughout the buying process?

Excellent. Our Sales Executive was there for us every step of the way, whether that was us popping into the show home, calling, or emailing. Nothing was ever a problem, and we always felt supported.
