The family were drawn to the development for its coastal location, proximity to North Shields, and the beautiful surrounding scenery.
We caught up with them to hear more about why they chose Robinson Fields, what they love most about The Wilson, and their experience of moving into a brand-new Story Home.
We love North Shields and Robinson Fields is in a perfect location, close to the coast which we love.
We chose The Wilson. Even though there wasn’t a show home of this house type, we loved the layout and knew it would work perfectly for our family, giving everyone their own space while still having plenty of room to spend time together.
Honestly, everything! It’s literally our dream home. The kitchen/family area opens directly into the garden, making it perfect for summer days and family get-togethers. The lounge with the beautiful bay window is cosy yet spacious, and all four bedrooms are generous in size. Every detail works for us, and we couldn’t fault it.
We’re using every room, which is exactly what we hoped for. The layout suits our family perfectly, but we especially love the kitchen/family area. In the summer, opening the bi-fold doors to enjoy the garden makes it feel like an extension of our living space.
We did look at a few second-hand homes in the area, but nothing came close to the combination of location, design, and quality that Robinson Fields and The Wilson offered. We loved the idea of a home that was move-in ready, with everything brand new.
We love that everything is brand new and under warranty. It’s also a blank canvas for us to make this our forever home.
