What drew you to The Ferguson?

“We absolutely loved the open-plan living at the back of the house, especially the glazed bay window with French doors – it was something we hadn’t seen before. The layout is perfect for hosting friends and family, and with four bedrooms, there’s plenty of space for us to grow into.”

What do you love most about your home?

“How light and airy it feels, particularly in the living room. The bay window floods the space with natural light – it makes every day feel bright and welcoming.”

Which room do you spend the most time in?

“The kitchen/family area is where we spend most of our time. It flows beautifully into the garden, making it ideal for everyday family life and entertaining alike.”

Did you consider a second hand property?

“Yes, we did. But most second hand homes needed redecorating or renovating, and we really wanted to move in and start living straight away – no hassle, no delays.”

What do you enjoy most about living in a new build?

“It’s a blank canvas. We’ve loved putting our own stamp on it and turning it into a true family home. It’s exciting to start fresh with a space that reflects our style.”
