We’re almost ready to open the doors to our brand new show home The Cranford; launching this weekend at The Fairways, Penrith and we couldn’t be more delighted to finally share it with you.

The design concept for The Cranford has been created to perfectly showcase the modern layouts and premium specification that come as standard. Inside, the scheme unfolds through a sophisticated palette of soft chalk greys, ivory tones and warm neutrals, establishing a calm foundation that flows throughout. This palette is elevated through carefully considered detailing with dark bronze accents, exemplified through light fittings, furniture pieces and styling, echoing the understated luxury throughout. A rich mix of materials including glass-based lamps, marble and brass surfaces and natural wood finishes, adds warmth and grounds the space.
