The home will open to the public from Saturday 25 April, with a launch event to celebrate.

The Mayford is a semi-detached home offering flexible living across two spacious floors. On the ground floor the open plan kitchen/dining/family area forms the heart of the home, complete with bi-fold doors that seamlessly extend the space outdoors. The separate lounge provides the perfect retreat for quieter moments. Upstairs, three generously sized bedrooms offer versatility for families, with the main bedroom benefiting from its own en-suite.
To mark the launch, we’ll be hosting a launch event on Saturday 25 April from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Guests are invited to explore The Mayford, elegantly styled with DUSK.com products, enjoy refreshments from local vendors and take part in a prize draw. Following the event, the view home will remain open for viewing alongside our marketing suite and show homes.
