We have released new street scenes for our forthcoming development, Brookfield Woods, which will consist of 139 homes on land at Stainsby Hall Farm, Middlesbrough.
Brookfield Woods will officially launch at an invite-only event at Acklam Hall on Thursday 8 February, where the first homes will be released for sale prior to general release.
We have already successfully brought our range of high quality homes to the town, having launched our Kingsbrook Wood development at Stainsby Hall Farm in summer 2014.
The new site connects to this existing development, where all 126 three and four-bedroom homes have now been sold.
The new development will feature a mix of house types, including three, four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached family homes. The scheme also includes delivery of a landscaped country park area for the benefit of both local people and new residents.
