It’s been more than 11 years since Story Homes began works at its Summerpark development in Dumfries, and the new-build homes at the development are proving to be more popular than ever.
Summerpark, which opened in January 2008, was Story Homes’ first ever development in Scotland and is still the biggest development in Dumfries and Galloway to date. Summerpark is now home to almost 350 residents, plus two family play areas that were provided for homeowners to enjoy, and the development has also received numerous awards in recognition of its quality.
Summerpark is a beautiful development of new-build homes, and every property is finished using a variety of high specification materials. Internally, the layouts have been designed with modern living in mind, giving home-owners more space inside and out.
