Two of our developments have been recognised as the best in the country.
The Woodlands development in Shotley Bridge, County Durham, has won ‘Best Residential Development Durham’ in the prestigious UK Property Awards.
The Beeches, our 76-home site being developed in Kendal, was named the ‘Best Residential Development in Cumbria’.
Julian Bulman, Production Manager North East and Hayley Blair, Sales Manager Cumbria picked up the awards
The awards, judged by over 70 property experts and specialists, are recognised as the most demanding and rigorous in the property sector.
