We have opened two show homes at our new development in Middlesbrough, which include the first ‘Gosforth’ show home to feature across any of our developments in the UK.
Brookfield Woods is located in the Stainsby area and features a mix of house types, including three, four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes. The 139-home development connects to our existing Kingsbrook Wood site, which is now complete.
The newly-opened show homes are the ‘Gosforth’ and the ‘Warwick’. Styled by interior designer Suzanne Webster, the show homes – which are both detached with four bedrooms and showcase the variety of layouts that buyers can choose from – display the features that come as part of our quality specification.
