Crindledyke Phase 2, Carlisle
Proposal
Story Homes is now preparing an outline planning application for the remaining portion of land at Crindledyke in Carlisle.
We are currently seeking views on proposals for up to 666 new homes at the north Carlisle site, with the aim of submitting an outline planning application to Carlisle City Council in spring 2020. We are keen to receive feedback on the Masterplan proposals – particularly in relation to the type of open space provision, the proposed local centre and the wider education strategy.
On 27 February, we hosted a community consultation event offering local stakeholders and existing residents from Crindledyke the opportunity to review and share feedback on the revised proposals.
You can view the draft Masterplan proposals and the proposed site layout below.
