Proof of the deposit match amount due to be paid within the first 12 months of the loan is required. Story Homes reserves the right to set a limit for the deposit match contribution which may be less than 5% and this contribution sum cannot be exchanged for a cash payment. The payment of the lump sum is per property and not per named purchaser. Multiple purchasers of a single property will receive the same lump sum amount jointly as a single purchaser of a single property.  This incentive is subject to your mortgage lenders approval.
