The payment of the lump sum is per property and not per named purchaser. Multiple purchasers of a single property will receive the same lump sum amount jointly as a single purchaser of a single property.  This incentive is subject to your mortgage lenders approval. Story Homes cannot offer mortgage advice.  If you need assistance finding an independent mortgage adviser, please speak to a Sales Executive as they have the details of a panel of independent new build mortgage advisers who will be able to provide you with the necessary independent mortgage advice.
