Story Homes’ popular Dumfries housing development, Summerpark, has been shortlisted for a prestigious industry award. The growing property developer is nominated for the Large Development of the Year award at Premier Guarantee’s Excellence Awards.
The award is designed to recognise the UK’s most prestigious developments that comprise over 51 houses, with nominees nominated by Premier Guarantee’s surveyors.

Located between Lockerbie Road and Edinburgh Road, close to the Solway Firth, Summerpark is currently the largest residential site in Dumfries and Galloway, with over 140 completed properties.

Other nominees in the same category include Wyatt Homes and Mount Wise for developments in Yeovil, Somerset and Plymouth respectively, making Summerpark the only Scottish nominee.
The awards are judged by a panel of experts selected by Premier Guarantee, one of the UK’s leading providers of structural warranty and insurance services. The ceremony takes place on 12 November, at a location in central London.
