D’Urton Manor, is one of the 11 key sites that were identified as part of the 10 year City Deal signed by Preston, South Ribble and Lancashire councils in 2013. The development will create a brand-new urban village on the edge of Preston city centre transforming the area with stylish townhouses, semi-detached and detached homes, creating a sustainable and aspirational community in a beautiful and convenient setting.
Sales manager Clare Wilson, said: “We have been overwhelmed by the response to D’Urton Manor so far as we’ve already experienced a large number of visitors to the site and feedback about this development has been excellent.
