A Story home is designed without compromise; we offer a luxurious specification, use unique modern finishes and allow you to inject your own personality into each room.*  Each home is built to National House Building Council standards and comes with a 10-year Buildmark warranty, and all kitchen appliances are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Kitchen

We have carefully designed our fully fitted kitchens ensuring that no space is compromised. Our cupboards come in a range of designs and colours and we also install fully integrated appliances which can include a large hob, single or double oven, an integrated dishwasher and an integrated fridge freezer.

Bathrooms

Our contemporary bathrooms and en-suites feature white Ideal Standard sanitaryware with a separate shower to bath in most of our homes. Heated towel rails are one of the many added extras we include as standard, as well as Porcelanosa ceramic wall tiling.

Internal Finishes

A Story home is finished with Jasmine White paint to all of the walls throughout, and the internal doors are painted white with chrome ironmongery as standard. Our staircases are finished with contemporary softwood spindles, painted white, with oak square newel post, capping and oak handrail. Each room has a conveniently placed television point and many double sockets, as well as smoke and heat detectors fitted to key areas around the house.

Heating

Our homes are built to the latest environmental standards ensuring they’re energy efficient, saving you money when you buy new. Each Story home has a gas boiler installed and either a single or dual zone full gas central heating system.

External Finishes

Story take care when it comes to landscaping; we feature turfed front and rear gardens that are that little bit bigger than your average new build and fit single fence panels. Our front doors and garages are different colours too, which adds character to the streets we build.
