Introducing Yvonne, Sales Executive at Chancel Place

We have welcomed Sales Executive Yvonne Wilson to Story Homes, who is based at our new Chancel Place development in Longhoughton.

With extensive experience working for housebuilders across the North East, Yvonne is extremely knowledgeable and is looking forward to being based on-site from this weekend onwards.

Yvonne said: “I am so pleased to have joined the Story Homes team, especially as I will be based at Chancel Place right from the start which is very exciting. Longhoughton is a beautiful area and we anticipate this being a very popular development, with lots of interest coming through already. It combines all the benefits of life in the village with excellent transport links via the A1, and the homes are built to a high specification with Porcelanosa tiling, bi-fold doors and turfed rear gardens. It will be great to start speaking to visitors in person about the house types available, our build quality and all the extras that come with our homes as standard.”

Gillian Bell, Sales Manager, added: “I would like to formally welcome Yvonne – I am sure she will be a fantastic addition to our North East team and we look forward to working with her. Yvonne has already secured reservations on several homes at Chancel Place, and we expect demand to continue to be high following the recent launch of the development.”

Chancel Place is situated to the north of Station Road in Longhoughton, and features a collection of 66 semi-detached and detached family homes that provide up to 2,138 sq ft of living space.

Our Marketing Suite is now officially open – call in between 11am and 5pm Thursday to Monday to chat to Yvonne, and find out more about this superb development on our website, which now features our brochure and all you need to know about living at Chancel Place.
