Thanks to the excellent autumn we have been experiencing, our development Strawberry Grange, Cockermouth is making great progress.
Roofs have gone onto the first few homes, including the house which is to be the sites show home, eight homes are built up to joist height and foundations are finished for the next six homes to be completed. The show home will be one of the first properties to be completed and is on schedule to complete in spring 2017.
Strawberry Grange is an executive development of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties, which will be finished to a high specification and taking aspirational living to the next level.
